The CEO of IOG, Charles Hoskinson, has some hours ago highlighted a number of developments that are expected to launch on the Cardano (ADA) network in 2021.
He said this in a response to a user’s curiosity on Twitter after releasing one of his usual video updates.
According to Hoskinson, the Cardano ecosystem will certainly welcome smart contracts, Voltaire, full prism integration, tons of DApps, among other great developments.

Charles Hoskinson tweeted, “For 2021? Sure, smart contracts, Voltaire, lots of hydra action, full prism integration, DCF, cardano 2025 approved by the community, ouroboros Omega published, IELE with mainstream languages, tons of DApps, Daedalus 2 and mobile, hundreds of tokens on Cardano. I miss anything?”

In the thread of tweets, Hoskinson also stated that the much-awaited Cardano’s deal with an African government is coming soon.
Cardano (ADA) Is Getting Closer To Breaking Its Price All-Time High
Cardano ecosystem continues to welcome various developments, which is obviously behind the significant surge in the price of its native token ADA in the market.
A couple of hours ago, Cardano (ADA) joined the league of digital assets that are more than $1 in terms of price. The cryptocurrency has not ceased from its upside trend since it reached this milestone.

Considering the current prices, Cardano is getting closer to surpassing its all-time high. The current ATH of Cardano (ADA) sits around $1.24 and at the time of writing, ADA is trading at $1.11. This indicates that the cryptocurrency is cents away from recording a new price milestone.
The digital currency is currently ahead of Tether (USDT) in terms of market capitalization and this outstanding performance is expected to continue.
