As related in a press release on 2nd November 2020, Health Evolution, a leading supplements manufacturer based in the United States, has adopted VeChain’s distributed ledger technology (DLT) solutions to tackle counterfeiting issues.
In the quest to make the verification of the authenticity of products easy, which would put an end to the menace of supplements counterfeiting, Health Evolution is integrating blockchain technology into its process via VeChain (VET).
The adoption of VeChain blockchain by Health Evolution is expected to enhance transparency in the $124 billion health supplements industry, and provide its customers the suitable tools needed to verify the authenticity of ingredients in their supplements.
Also, the firm revealed that all its clinically proven ingredients worth $368,500 used to manufacture the AminoSerene supplement will be verified by Real Items on the VeChain distributed ledger.

VeChain (VET) Collaborates With Bitcoin Movement and Zuby to Create Limited-Edition Merchandise Collection
VeChain (VET) has collaborated with the Bitcoin Movement (BTCMVMNT) and Zubi, to create a limited-edition merchandise collection named “Take the Power Back.”
Details of Each Collection Will Be Stored on VeChainThor blockchain
According to BTCMVMNT, the blockchain-based limited-edition merchandise collection contains 300 items, such as 125 fully branded T-shirts, 125 caps, and 50 hoodies.
The team also pointed out that all the details of each collection will be permanently stored on the VeChainThor blockchain through NFC chips.
The team also revealed that the scarcity of Bitcoin is the inspiration behind the use of number 21 as its design feature, as it is widely known that 21 million BTC can ever be mined.
The BTCMVMNT said:
“BTCMVMNT has developed a bespoke app for iOS and Android devices. It will be used as a tool by our customers to verify the authenticity of the product they purchased from the BTCMVMNT x Zuby Collection. The NFC chips in our garments come with unique transaction IDs that can only be retrieved using The Bitcoin Movement app to read the data stored on the VeChainThor blockchain.”

On the other hand, Zuby, a rapper and entrepreneur, aims at using his merchandize design to educate, empower, and inspire people on having control over their money using Bitcoin (BTC) and blockchain technology.
