Binance Futures to Launch New Perpetual Contracts for Ripple’s XRP and Ethereum Classic (ETC)

The futures trading platform of the largest crypto exchange by trading volume, Binance Futures, has announced that two new perpetual contracts will be launched for the Ripple’s digital token XRP (XRPUSD) and Ethereum Classic (ETC) (ETCUSD).

The exchange made this known via its official website on Tuesday 8th September 2020. According to the report, the new products will be available for trading on 9th September 2020, at 7:00 AM UTC.

The contracts will be paired against the USD and will offer traders a means to go long or short on the base assets with up to 75x leverage.

Recall that XRP was introduced to the Binance Futures platform back in January 2020, which made the top exchange the first to add an XRP perpetual contract margined against the largest stablecoin, Tether (USDT).

Binance Users in Europe Can Receive Cryptocurrency with MasterCard and Visa with Zero Fees

Binance exchange is giving its users based in Europe a temporary means to receive cryptocurrency using cards issued by MasterCard and Visa. According to the report, users have relatively one week to leverage the service and it will incur no fees.

The report specified that the offer lasts from now until 18th September 2020, at 11:59 PM (UTC). It applies to payments in USD, EUR, GBP or PLN, NOK, HRK, and other currencies used in the European Economic Area (EEA).

Binance exchange tweeted, “Buy Crypto with ZERO Fees when using Visa or MasterCard on Binance.”
