As a recent report has it, the latest version of VeChain Thor has been released with a major improvement and fixed issues.
This update was shared a couple of hours ago by VeChain Dev, a channel that reports development activity in the VeChain developers’ community.
According to the report, the newly released version comes with the improvement in the functionality of the bloom filter and fixes related to issues that arise in the course of building on ARM64 architecture. The new version is now available for download on Github.
“VeChain Thor has released the v1.4.0 upgrade. This release improves bloom filter and fixed issues when building on ARM64 architecture (wink Apple Silicon wink). Please upgrade ASAP,” VeChain Dev reported.

As shared on Github, below are the performance improvement and fixed issues:
- Add API subscriptions/beat2 to support variable-length bloom filter.
- Update bn256, fix building failure on architecture ARM64.
- Update continuous integration system configurations.
Records of Vaccinated Medical Personnel in Cyprus Hospital Securely Stored On VeChain

As stated by the Foundation, the success and sure security of the stored records could attract more individuals and governments to leverage the quality and validity of solutions offered by VeChain blockchain.
