According to Whale Alert, the tracker of large transfer of cryptocurrencies from wallets to exchanges, a number of crypto whales have been moving billions of dollar worth of Bitcoin (BTC), as the leading cryptocurrency continues to consolidate its outstanding performance.
Going by the crypto whale tracker, nine huge transactions totaled 54,950 BTC worth relatively $1.5 billion at press time were initiated.
The largest of the nine transactions over the last 24 hours saw a big bag holder move 9,500 BTC worth $267.5 million from an unknown wallet to another unknown wallet.

Another huge movement of the day witnessed a whale shift 9,099 BTC worth $256.2 million from a wallet of unknown origin to another wallet of unknown origin.
Aside from the aforementioned transactions, five different whales transferred BTC in thousands between unknown wallets to other wallets within the same range of hours.
According to the report, none of these transactions sent crypto to exchanges, which simply implies that there has been no selloff.
One transaction transferred BTC from the crypto exchange Binance to a crypto custodial firm and another transaction move BTC from the crypto exchange Coinbase to a wallet of unknown origin.

- 9,000 BTC worth $245.8 million sent from an unknown wallet to an unknown wallet
- 8,500 BTC worth $231.2 million sent from an unknown wallet to an unknown wallet
- 4,500 BTC worth $122.4 million sent from an unknown wallet to an unknown wallet
- 4,500 BTC worth $122.4 million sent from an unknown wallet to an unknown wallet
- 4,000 BTC worth of $108.6 million sent from Binance to Xapo
- 3,655 BTC worth $99.1 million sent from unknown wallet to an unknown wallet
- 2,186 BTC valued at $59.5 million transferred from Coinbase to an unknown wallet
At press time, BTC is priced at $28,022.62, with about a 5% price upsurge in the last 24 hours.
