As a report has it, the Enterprise Singapore and Singapore University of Social Sciences recently launched a blockchain for trade and connectivity network.
What is significant about this new development is that the VeChain blockchain is fully involved in the project, according to an update shared by VeChain Foundation on 7th December 2020.
VeChain Foundation tweeted, “The Enterprise Singapore & Singapore University of Social Sciences has launched the Blockchain for Trade & Connectivity Network! VeChain is a founding member of this regional supply chain initiative & the joint-MoU was stored on the VET blockchain!”

According to the release referenced by VeChain Foundation, the new initiative is aimed at providing reliable supply chains and boosting trustworthiness in Singapore.
The report also states that there is a groundwork on risk assessment, to bring about the adoption of blockchain solutions by more Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

In order to make the entire process simple, the VeChain and I-Dante team have started planning to create an upgraded version of the E-HCert blockchain App that will serve as a Digital Lab Test Wallet.
