The migration is expected to complete on or before 15th April 2020. According to the report made available on Dlive official website, the Lino blockchain powering the video live streaming platform will no longer be live following the Cut Off time.
At the same time, the LINO tokens will no longer be transferrable or have any utility or value once the migration is complete.
So, for a smooth transition to abound, DLive users that still hold LINO are liable to use their tokens within the Cutoff time as stated below depending on users’ location.
For Users in the United States
Lemon can be purchased with LINO on the DLive platform by the residents of the United States. Lemon, the fixed-value platform currency is limited to making purchases and donations only on the DLive Platform.
There are requirements to meet before users can use LINO to purchase LEMON:
- Minimum LINO to convert = 1 LINO
- 1 LINO = 1 Lemon
- Available starting January 15th, 2020
For Users in Other Countries
For users in other countries, excluding the United States, according to the report, DLive has collaborated with BTT Foundation to allow users to exchange LINO with BTT based on the amount of LINO they hold.
However, users that are interested in participating must have an account on Poloniex exchange.
