Ripple’s digital token XRP has got a new means for expansion in the world of payment with the new support it recently received on BitPay, one of the leaders in blockchain payment technology.
According to the trending update, BitPay’s users holding the digital token XRP will be able to buy gift cards starting from next week on the platform.
The report was hinted via Twitter a couple of hours ago by a famous crypto enthusiast, Tiffany Hayden, which was later confirmed by the Co-founder at BitPay, Tony Gallippi after retweeting the post.

Gift cards enable cryptocurrency holders to easily spend their digital currencies at major retailers and restaurants, which include Amazon, Burger King, and others.
Sean Rolland, the BitPay direct of products referenced the outstanding utilities embedded in the digital token XRP, such as the transaction speed, low transaction cost, and scalability, making it outstanding.
