VeChain thor-request.py New Version Released with Fixed Bugs

As a report has it, Thor.requests.py, a better library to interact with VeChain blockchain in Python has been released for users. However, it’s still in the Alpha stage.

A pseudonymous Core developer at VeChain identified on Twitter as “A Byte Ahead” passed the new development across to the community on 9th June 2021.

According to the developer, despite the fact that the tool is still in the Alpha stage, it’s very functional and users can start trying it out.

A Byte Ahead tweeted, “Hello beloved VeChain Community and members in #VeFam! Here is a pre-release of thor-requests.py, a better library to interact with VeChain blockchain in Python. It is still in Alpha stage, but very functional. Try it, throw issues at me here.”

Tagged as VeChain for humans on Github, Thor.requests.py enables users to talk to VeChain blockchain seamlessly. It also covers most topics on contract interaction, VET transfer, and transaction debug.

Additionally, it automatically estimates gas and decodes events/revert reasons for users.

Thor.requests.py can also be described as an easy-to-use Python SDK that talks to VeChain Thor blockchain like a pro.
