Elon Musk, the popular founder of Tesla and SpaceX has finally dropped the Bitcoin (BTC) bomb on Twitter, after a sentence he shared on the Microblogging platform reportedly tanked the price of Tesla stock.

Recall that Elon Musk started trending across the news channels and social media, especially on Twitter, where he shared a shocking tweet that people attributed to the cause of the significant price dip experienced by Tesla stock a couple of hours ago.

The Tweet that Seemingly Tanked Tesla Stock

The founder and CEO of Tesla, Elon Musk tweeted that in his opinion, the price of Tesla stock is too high, and the loss of relatively $10 billion was recorded on Tesla stock moments later.

Elon Musk shared this, “Tesla stock price is too high imo”.

Afterward, the tweet started trending and became a meme in the cryptocurrency community. Many crypto enthusiasts started demanding a transformational tweet for the digital assets of their choice from the Tesla founder.

Some crypto big guns such as the CEO of Binance, Changpeng Zhao, popularly known as CZ, displayed how shocked he was to the influence possessed by Elon Musk to cause such a notable change in a short interval.

CZ wrote, “1 tweet and 10 Billion Dollars gone. Let’s try the reverse. I hope he tweets BTC, is too low.”

A couple of hours ago, the official Twitter account of Bitcoin (BTC) joined the trending conversation by replying to Elon Musk’s tweet that initiated the huge price loss experienced by Tesla stock.

The Bitcoin (BTC) account shared this, “Bitcoin price is too low imo”.

In response, he laughed at the Bitcoin (BTC) tweet using emojis.

Followed by a tweet that says “How much for some anime Bitcoin?”

However, no impact has been noticed on the price of Bitcoin (BTC) in the market since the response was shared. At the time of writing, BTC is trading at $8,869.86, with a 1.10% price increase in the last 24 hours.
