BitTorrent File System Mainnet (BTFS) Version 1.0.2 Beta Officially Launched

BitTorrent has announced the official launch of BitTorrent File System (BTFS) Mainnet Version 1.0.2 Beta. According to the report, BTT is now BTFS Mainnet native token.

BTFS Mainnet version 1.0.2 Beta is designed to be a more available, efficient, scalable, predictable, and stable BTFS decentralized protocol.

The features it comes with are revolution of innovations and improvements in BitTorrent native token payment, local disk space utilization, file storage, resource integration and offline functions.

BitTorrent shared this moments ago, “We’re excited to announce that BitTorrent File System (BTFS) Mainnet v1.0.2 Beta is officially launched! BTT is now BTFS Mainnet native token. For developers, you’re 100% ready to access BTFS network.”

As the native on BitTorrent Mainnet File System (BTFS), BTT will be subsequently integrated into BTFS to create a fully decentralized storage network rooted with a token economy.

Now that BitTorrent (BTT) is the main incentive on the BTFS network, it will serve as an encouragement to users to share idle disk space and boost value exchanges in the ecosystem.

Users are now liable to become a Host or Renter by setting daemon to earn or spend BitTorrent (BTT). According to the report, a more user-friendly BTFS Host WebUI will soon be launched for most end-users to become Hosts so as to earn BTT even if they are not tech-savvy.

Additionally, partnerships will be sealed with highly reputable developers across the world to launch several premium DApps in Q1 of 2020 in order to make the BTFS network more valuable.

In a nutshell, BitTorrent File System (BTFS) breaks the monopoly of all centralized forms of file uploading and downloading.

It’s targeted at giving everyone freedom and serves as a reminder of the original motive of inventing cloud storage.

It provides a freer, faster and safer way to store files and opens a new window into a decentralized internet.

The new version of BTFS mainnet comes with new features such as storage space, integration of TRON Wallet, offline signature, reliability, lower price, greater decentralization, advanced incentive mechanism, advanced encryption method, and others.

The above features and many more will only give the users the first impression of the BitTorrent File System (BTFS) and further insights regarding the storage system. For more instructions, users can follow this link.
