Electroneum (ETN) and Cellcard Mobile Network Provider Have Similar Missions

About two days ago, Electroneum (ETN) and Cellcard Mobile Network Provider of Cambodia went into partnership for the former to obtain a foothold in South East Asia.

And this partnership was termed by Electroneum has a collaboration between two business entities with similar missions of eradicating financial exclusion. This was also reiterated recently by Electroneum in one of its recent tweets.
