A recent report has it that Cardano (ADA) has released the Yoroi Byron extension, Version 1.10, for Chrome, Brave, and Firefox.
The new development, which the report described as the largest update, was shared via the official Twitter handle of Yoroi Wallet a couple of hours ago.
According to the report, Yoroi now supports multiple wallets, adding that they are now fully ready for the Haskell Shelley testnet. It then promised to make support channels available for users as soon as the public testnet starts running.
”Great news! Largest update yet for the Yoroi Byron extension (v1.10) has been released for Chrome/Brave/Firefox! We now support multiple wallets! We’re now ready for the Haskell Shelley testnet! Will release support once the public testnet is running!” Yoroi Wallet reported.
In another tweet, it’s stated that this recent update includes support for other languages aside from English, such as Portuguese and Dutch.
“This update also adds support for Portuguese and Dutch along with support for transaction memos!”

In response to the report, a supposed Cardano community member asked as follows:
“I am using Yoroi Staking Testnet, Should I need to update this new Yoroi Wallet?”
Responding to the inquiry, Yoroi stated that the release of the Shelley testnet has to be achieved before the addition of Portuguese and Dutch, which is expected to play out later today.
“No, we’ll do a release of the Shelley testnet to add Dutch + Portuguese later today, but multi-wallet is already supported on the extension Shelley Testnet.”

IOHK Says the Phase of the Transition to Shelley Mainnet Will Start in Early June
In another development, the firm behind the development in Cardano (ADA), IOHK, led by Charles Hoskinson, has recently stated that the phase of the transition to Shelley mainnet will commence in early June.
This is due to the successful Byron reboot that emerged within the Cardano ecosystem a few days ago. The report stated that the process of transitioning will entails series of Haskell testnets, and others.
IOHK shared this, “Following the successful Byron reboot, early next month, we’ll begin our phased transition to the Shelley mainnet via a series of Haskell testnets. From a static, federated system to a dynamic, decentralized Cardano…”
